If something is worth fighting over it is usually worth having…take your relationship with Christ, it should be worth fighting for…every relationship that prospers must have quality time spent nurturing and developing in order to grow…a once a week dousing of spiritual water will not last a lifetime and beyond…a relationship comes from being able to relate to the person you are in a relationship with…how can you relate to Christ if you never spend time alone (this means outside the four walls of your local church) with HIM…a good relationship is one where two people are on the same page so to speak…with each knowing the other very intimately…you know, those little things on the inside that are not outwardly visible, but shape who you are…you know, those things about you that you keep hidden except for those who you have a relationship with…if you know more about those you are around on a daily basis more than you know God, then your relationship is off balance…regroup and make HIM the focus of your life and all else will dim in HIS presence…if need be separate yourself from who or whatever is keeping you from being in an intimate relationship with Christ…Christ has already fought and won the battle, now it’s up to each individual to decide how important God is to them…don’t let life and the troubles of this world consume you…allow your relationship with God to bring you to a place of contentment in HIM..He already knows all about you and those little quirks you have…your likes, dislikes, what makes you happy, sad, angry etc…your thoughts, feelings and desires…but, the big question is, how well do you know the God of your salvation, redemption, deliverance…do you know HIS smell, the sound of HIS voice, the beat of HIS heart? HIS will for your life? Or is the relationship one sided with it being God that knows all about you and yet you know almost nothing beyond your salvation experience about HIM… I would encourage you today, to put forth an effort to bring balance back into your relationship with Christ…in doing so, you will see and come to know some pretty amazing things about the God you serve…

Your Spiritual Coat...

Where the love of Christ abounds there is freedom to be who God has called you to be...when God gives you a specific coat to wear then you must put the coat on and wear it knowing that it was specifically made for you by the hand of God....God will not give you a coat made for someone else...He tailor makes your coat to fit who you are in HIM...stop trying on other peoples coats and wear the on God created just for you...until you do you will not walk in tandem with your destiny in Christ...I won't allow someone to try and take my coat and wear it...I refuse to even let someone try it on for size so to speak...my coat is saturated in the anointing that God gave specifically for me, not you or anyone else...I will protect my coat with all that is in me...knowing that God trusted me to wear that which HE designed specifically for me...besides, my coat will not fit someone else and I cannot wear the coat of anyone else...the only coat that will fit is the one I walk in and have been trained in and given to by God...I would never want to wear the coat of someone I admired as it would not fit...why would you want a coat that did not fit...in the natural you would not wear something that did not fit properly...so stop trying to wear what does not belong to you in the spiritual...be content with the gifts and callings and anointing that God has given you specifically for you...when you do that you will walk in what God had predestined for you before time even began for you as you know it...we should covet time with God and HIS presence, not what HE has given someone else....remember each person has paid a price for their anointing and you cannot carry the same anointing as you are not the same person...God gifts us and equips each of us for the work of the ministry to suit HIS purpose not our own...you want a greater anointing, then pay the price to have a greater anointing...time with HIM...time in prayer and fastings...time being obedient to Gods' voice in your life...give up the lust of having what someone else in ministry already has...stop coveting what God is doing or has done for another...oh, and take the coat that you have that is an imitation of what Gods' true coat for you is and discard it...if you are wearing a knockoff its not truly Gods' anointing for your life...and those with true anointing will see through the imitation in a heartbeat...as for me, I only want to walk in what God has ordained, equipped and poured out upon and saturated my life with from HIS very hand...even though there are those in ministry that I greatly admire and love, I do not covet their coat of calling and anointing...I rejoice in the fact that they wear their coats with great humility and strength in Christ Jesus...so, now go to your spiritual closet and put on the coat specifically designed for you and learn to wear it with all power and authority in Christ Jesus....amen,

SHIFT....

This was a message that God had given me to preach at a conference in TX in June of this year....I feel released to post the message as well as the prophetic word that GOD gave to me for this particular service...may you take what God has chosen to say and apply it to your life for HIS Kingdom work...

Shift, this was the theme of the conference this year...

the definition of shift is:

: to move or to cause (something or someone) to move to a different place, position, etc.

: to change or to cause (something) to change to a different opinion, belief, etc.

: to go or to cause (something) to go from one person or thing to another

to go through a change

to change place or position; to change direction

Since the beginning of time there have been shifts not only in history but in the spiritual realm as well. Most times we know and see that which is going on around us and never realize the shifts taking place...as I began to study and seek God on what HE would have me to give to His people I quickly realized this would become a series of messages as just one could not do justice to what God was showing me...this is a condensed version of those messages along with the prophetic word from God...

Genesis 3:7 "The the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked;"
This is the first shift that God spoke to me about...now some might think that the shift took place when they ate the forbidden fruit...but not so, the fruit was the temptation and the results of an act of disobedience brought forth a shift in the garden...Adam and Eve through disobedience brought sin into a sinless world...which shifted the power of light over darkness... Verse 21 " Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin and clothed them."...this was the first sacrifice...shift two has just taken place...mankind is now made aware that only through blood sacrifice can he approach God...no longer can man walk in unity with God in the garden...Verse 24 " So He (God) drove out the man; and placed Cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the tree of life." ....This was shift 3...no longer would man have access to eternal life through the ability to eat from the tree of life...no longer would man live in the perfection to which God created them to live...no longer would man live a life of ease and complete harmony with God...no longer would man be able to walk in the cool of the day with God and talk freely with HIM....there are many more shifts in the Old Testament to go along with this message...but this is not where God was leading me for posting here....we will now go Luke 2:7 " Now she brought forth her firstborn Son and wrapped Him with swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn." On the night that Jesus was born there was a shift in the natural as well as in the spiritual realm...all of heaven was rejoicing at the birth of King Jesus...there was a shift in power on this night! No longer was mankind going to be subject to the sacrifice of animals for a blood covering on the altar of God...but the Lamb of God had been brought forth and with HIM there was a shift in the both the natural world and the spiritual world! The power that the enemy had stolen in the garden through disobedience was being shifted....without the birth of Christ Jesus there would be no shift from darkness to light entering the world. Praise God that provision was made through the birth of Christ....the next shift we read about in Luke 3:21-22 "When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. (22) And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, " You are My Beloved Son; in You I am well pleased." God openly praised His Son before those who were at His baptism...the lighting of the Holy Spirit upon Jesus was a shift that brought Him a step closer to His appointed ministry....how awesome that God Himself brought about the shift in the heavens to have a chat with Jesus to let Him know how well pleased He was with Him! Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit of God at His baptism as preparation for His ministry that was coming forth....Luke 4:1 "Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness." We know from reading the rest of these verses that Jesus was tempted and refused to fall to the will of the enemy as well as to His own flesh during this time of temptation....we seem to always focus on the temptations that satan put forth to Jesus during this time...but, we should look at the empowerment that was happening with each temptation...every time Jesus gave the enemy the WORD of GOD, there was a shift taking place in the spirit realm...a shift for the glory of GOD to be revealed in HIS SON....with each shift, there was an impartation from God to His Son....when you are led into the wilderness by the Spirit, it might just be so God can shift some things from the spiritual realm of heaven into you and your ministry for the kingdoms use...stop complaining and whining about being in the wilderness and wait to see if the Spirit of God has led you there to bring about a shift in your life....Luke 14 "Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region." Another shift has taken place here....God has brought the ministry of Jesus to the forefront and He was known throughout the region...when a shift comes into your life or ministry you do not have to promote yourself...God will do that for you....God will put you in the place that you need to be in due season....by now the enemy is shaking in his boots because he has failed to make Jesus bow down to him and worship at his feet...there has been a shift in power and the enemy does not like it...and when God brings about the shift no man or enemy of God has power over it! Every shift caused by God is of HIS making and is subject only to HIM! Praise God that we live in a time where He is still bringing about shifts in the spirit and heavenly realms for His people...the next shift God began to speak to me about can be found in Mathew 27: 50-51 "And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit. (51) The behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split," John 19:30 "So when Jesus, had received the sour wine, He said, " It is finished". When Jesus said "it is finished" there was a monumental shift in power and authority! No longer would man be subjected to making blood sacrifices or having to depend on a priest to go before God on their behalf...Through the ministry and death of Christ Jesus we can go directly before the throne of God and make petition of HIM! Glory to God in the highest...through the name of Jesus we can ask anything of the Father and it shall be done...Another shift happened on the day of Pentecost...Abba Father has given us power and authority through the infilling presence of HIS Holy Spirit! You can read about it here: Acts 2:1-4....my prayer is that you would take this word and make further study of it on your own....allow God to open the eyes of your understanding to HIS Word and reveal to you what He has to say about the shift HE wants to bring to your life and ministry....Below is the prophetic word that God gave for the leaders for this season....

"For I have given my clarion call to the house. For My people who are called by My name. Come up to My Holy mountain. Come, come, come now is the time.. I am shifting the power of My Spirit to those whom I have called out. Prepare for the shift. Swiftly a shift in the anointing, a shift of wealth, a shift of My power. Those who have been in a push for My Kingdom will shift. With My power and authority the push is over. The shift is here. Now, now, now. The wait is over. I have caused this shift to come about and no man has authority over what I release and establish for My people. I and I alone have caused the shift to take place. I have sealed it with My Spirit. This is an end time shift to bring forth a harvest of souls. Protect that which I have released from those who would pervert and misuse what I have poured out upon this night. For I am a God of all things. I am the Alpha and Omega The beginning and the ending" Amen

The Drought Is Over....

This is the word that the LORD gave to me on today for not only myself but for those whom HE has called and set into position to minister to HIS people..."The Drought Is OVER"

This morning while sitting and drinking my coffee it clouded up and began to rain again for the umpteenth time since we got back from Texas...as I was complaining about all the rain we have been having Gods' Holy Spirit began to speak to me about the rain...the conversation went like this....Me: I wish it would quilt raining so much. Everything is so saturated that it is like a sponge that is full of water and is leaking everywhere...Holy Spirit "You prayed for the drought to end"...Me: Yes I did....Holy Spirit "Why are you complaining about an answered prayer"....Me:no answer forthcoming...Holy Spirit " Open the front door"....Me: ok, man its rainging like pouring water out of a bucket....Holy Spirit " Step out onto the front porch"....Me: but its raining...and lots of rain...its going to be cold as well...Holy Spirit "Step out into the rain"...Me: let me get the umbrella...Holy Spirit "No just step out into the rain"....Me: let me put on an overshirt first and I will be right out....Holy Spirit "No just step out into the rain"...Me: I'm weeping by now, ok Lord at Your Word I will step out into this pouring rain...Holy Spirit " Step off the porch"...Me: ok, walking down the steps and onto the pathway....Holy Spirit " Look around, what do you see?"....Me: rain and lots of it....Holy Spirit "Look again, what do you see?"...Me: puddles in the drive, big lake like puddles in the side yard to the left, puddles in the grass on the right, creek overly full and rushing by, pond across the street full enough to go over its banks...Holy Spirit " Walk the property and tell me what you see"....Me: ok but I am getting saturated with the rain...as I walk back down the drive Holy Spirit speaks to me again to walk through a big puddle of water...no problem...I step in and take two steps and mud clutches my flip flop and holds it stuck....I have to reach down and pull it out of the thick mud that was underneath the puddle...Holy Spirit speaks to me again " So many of Gods' children have been stuck in compacted mud unable to go forward in the things of God...the rain has come to free those caught and trapped where they are"...Me:weeping I can only say yes Lord...Holy Spirit " With difficulty you pulled your shoe out of the sucking mud. But had it not rained and your shoe was in the dried mud it would have been nearly impossible. The rain loosed the mud and you were able to free your shoe quickly. So it is with my people who have been caught in the compacted mud of situations in their lives. God has sent the rain to loose His people." Me: thank you Lord, but what has that got to do with me?...Holy Spirit " Glad you asked, God has sent HIS saturating Spirit upon you and you have soaked HIM up like a sponge...every puddle, the overflowing creek bank, the too full pond represents you...I have filled you up, saturated you with MY presence in order that you help release MY people from the mud of life...The rain indicates the flow of the HOLY SPIRIT in your life....there is no drought in your life...I and I alone have filled you will my SPIRIT....just like a sponge I will squeeze out my anointing upon your life to those you come in contact with...but unlike the natural rain as you are squeezed and used the oil of my anointing will be released just like the widows oil was released until she had no need of it...Me: yes, Lord use me until there is nothing left....Holy Spirit " Let the rain of My Spirit fill you to overflowing and be released into the atmosphere"...Me: Yes Lord...Holy Spirit " Tell my people that if they will allow ME to saturate their hearts with MY Essence their lives will be forever changed"....Me: Yes Lord...Holy Spirit " Tell my people who are called by MY name and that I have empowered with the rain of MY HOLY SPIRIT to release the oil of anointing into the atmosphere so that a flood of MY SPIRIT is released to those who are in need of a refreshing and release of MY SPIRIT"...For I am releasing an abundance of rain upon those who are truly my servants in this hour...not for personal gain, but to bring change into the lives of those who have been caught in the quagmire of life...to those who need salvation....to those who need deliverance...to those who need healing....to those who are believing for a miracle...to those who need fresh hope...to those who have cried out to ME but are unable stand on feeble legs...to those who are awaiting MY presence in their lives...As I have freely poured out MY SPIRIT upon you freely release MY SPIRIT into the atmosphere and into the lives of those whom I send you to...do not hoard that which I have given freely...as MY anointing is released it will be replenished to overflowing...protect that which I have given...protect, protect, protect...for I am coming quickly and no man knows the hour or the day of My coming...even so prepare the way so that no man is lost"....

We are back from the conference and we had a wonderful time in the Lord...each speaker was greatly anointed and God moved in all of the services...while in TX I was able to stay with my bff and her family during my entire stay...can I say that I was blessed beyond measure...felt so loved and welcomed in their home...if you live in the Livingston TX area, you should stop by Spirit of Integrity Worship Center and be blessed by the ministry of Pastor Charles and First Lady Tanya White...while there I was so honored to be able to minister Gods' Word to the people in two Sunday services...God showed up and showed Himself so real to the people of God...Thank you to Pastor Charles and First Lady Tanya for having me and allowing me to bring the Word forth in those services...It was so good to be in service with everyone again...we are already making plans to go to the conference again next year at Living Word World Outreach Church in Conroe Tx...if you live in the area you should stop by and visit with Pastors Harold and Marilyn Morton...you will be truly blessed by their ministry....my prayer is that each of those who read or follow this blog will be blessed with Gods' richest and best blessings upon your life....

Happy Resurrection Day

Praise God that we serve a GOD who is ALIVE forevermore! He is no longer on  a cross. He is not in a tomb rotting away, but HE is ALIVE forever and ever amen.

May you have a blessed and love filled day with Jesus as the center of your worship. He and He alone has the ability to save your soul. If you do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life it only takes a moment to do so. My prayer for you today is that you take time to make him Lord of your life. For those of you who already know Christ as Lord and Savior of your life, may His richest and best blessings be upon your life.
