HE LIVES!
Happy Resurrection Day
Praise God that we serve a GOD who is ALIVE forevermore! He is no longer on a cross. He is not in a tomb rotting away, but HE is ALIVE forever and ever amen.
May you have a blessed and love filled day with Jesus as the center of your worship. He and He alone has the ability to save your soul. If you do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life it only takes a moment to do so. My prayer for you today is that you take time to make him Lord of your life. For those of you who already know Christ as Lord and Savior of your life, may His richest and best blessings be upon your life.

Psalms 32: 1-2 (1) " Blessed, happy , fortunate, to be envied is he who has forgiveness of his transgression continually exercised upon him, whose sin is covered. (2) Blessed, happy, fortunate, to be envied is the man whom the Lord imputes no iniquity and in whose spirit there is no deceit." Amplified Bible
If you have been washed in the blood of Christ Jesus for the remission of your sins and have received forgiveness then you can walk in this verse. You are called blessed, happy, fortunate and to be envied by those who know you. Those who are not blessed and happy with envy your happiness as well as your state of blessings. Yet these are your rights by salvation through the blood of Christ Jesus. He paid the ultimate price through sacrifice that we as HIS children could be blessed, happy and fortunate. Even in the lowest times of your life if you are a child of God you are still blessed! Situations and life moments do not dictate if a child of God is blessed or not. Life happens and is not always a bed of roses. There will be times when the thorns of life come along and scratch you. Yet even in the midst of these times you are blessed! Happiness is a state of mind. It is not a physical item that can be displayed in your house of car. It comes from within your heart! Happiness can be displayed in your countenance for others to see. But true happiness can only come from the Father! And if you are happy it should shine through on a daily basis even in the midst of trials and tribulations. Happiness is a state of being that only comes from knowing that you are saved, set free and loved by the Father through the blood of Jesus Christ. Happiness cannot be bought and cannot be appropriated through having things. Happiness comes sweeping in at the the moment of salvation. Happiness is not a momentary feeling. It is deeply born of forgiveness through the blood of Jesus. You can only experience true happiness when you know that you are unconditionally loved by God. And yes, as a believer you and I are very fortunate! Even though we go through times of trials, tribulations and life events that may shatter our immediate world. We are still fortunate. We have Gods' Holy Spirit living on the inside of us and nothing can separate us from HIS love. We are fortunate to live in a time where we can worship God with freedom and liberty. We are fortunate to live in a time where God is still doing miracles regardless of what the world may think. We are fortunate that Christ Jesus took our sins upon Himself so that we could live life in freedom from bondage. We no longer have to have animal sacrifice to please God. We can come boldly before the throne of God through the blood of Christ Jesus. We can worship God in spirit and in truth. The veil has been lifted and we can sup at the table of the Lord all we wish. We have a direct line of communication with God through HIS Son! Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God making intercessions on our behalf! Yes, we are most assuredly blessed, happy and fortunate! And yes we are to be envied by those who are still lost. Why? Because we have peace even when there is turmoil all around us. We have blessings upon our lives continually. We are fortunate that we are saved through the blood of Christ Jesus from a living hell not only in this lifetime, but also in the time to come. Hell is not a dead place. It is a place of eternal seperation from God and all those whom have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior! Hell is a place of torment for those who refuse to acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God and as their living Savior! Hell is a place of eternal unforgiveness for the lost. Hell is very real and is awaiting those who refuse to accept Christ as Lord and Savior and turn away from sin. Each person will stand before God and declare Christ as Savior and King on the day of judgement. Both saved and unsaved alike. Both those which are blessed, happy and fortunate as well as those who have envied those who are blessed. Can you say you are blessed, happy, fortunate and envied in Christ Jesus by those who are not? Or are you in the group who envy those who have freedom in Christ Jesus through the blood which He shed on the cross for all of us. It only takes a few moments to become full of His blessings, peace and happiness. I encourage you today if you do not know Christ as Lord and Savior that you make Him so now. It is so easy to come into the Kingdom of God. First you must see your need for Christ Jesus as your savior. Then and only then will you have a desire to be one of the blessed, happy, fortunate and to be envied people of God. It is my prayer that if you do not know Christ as your personal Lord and Savior that you will come to know him. It is so easy and simple. Nothing is hard about becoming saved.
1) Admit that you are a sinner in need of salvation
2) Beleive that Jesus is the one and only living Son of God
3) Confess your sins and ask God to forgive you in the name of Jesus.
By doing these three simple things you can have the assurance of HIS blessings, peace, and HIS ever present help. May God bless you and keep you in all that you do.

Building Yourself Up.....
Jude 1:20 " But you, beloved, build yourselves
up founded on your most holy faith make progress, rise like an edifice
higher and higher, praying in the Holy Spirit." Amplified Bible
I love this scripture for the truth that it holds for each of us as Gods' beloved children. First this verse states that we are beloved, which means we are beloved of God. No matter what happens in life we know we are Gods' beloved children. Next we are to build ourselves up on our most holy faith. In other words stop leaving it to Gods' ministers on Sundays to build you up. You should be doing this yourself based on your faith in God and your personal relationship with HIM. Not only should Gods' children be building themselves up in their faith in HIM, but they should also be making progress! Moving forward in HIM! Not sitting still, not waiting on the pastor, prophet, apostle, teacher or evangelist to build them up and move them forward. To progress means to move forward not sit still or regress. Yet many do just that as they are too lazy to read the word or study to show themselves approved. They want to blame their lack of faith on those who stand Sunday after Sunday in the pulpit spoon feeding them the word of God because of laziness on their part. It is time for the church to stop procrastinating and leaving their relationship with God on the pews when they leave the church building on Sundays and only picking it back up the next week. It is not the pastors job to stir you up! It is your place and responsibility to do so. 1st Timothy 6-7 " That is why I would remind you to stir up, rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning the gracious gift of God, the inner fire that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands with those of the elders at your ordination. (7) For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, of cowardice, or craven and cringing and fawning fear, but He has given us a spirit of power and love and of calm and well balanced mind and discipline and self control." Timothy was being told to stir up the gift inside of him. To make sure that he was the one doing the stirring up of said gifts. All you have need of to walk up rightly with God is on the inside of you. All you have need of to walk in love, power and authority is on the inside of you! Placed there at the time of salvation! NOW is the time to get up, dust yourself off and stir the gifts and callings in your life and then move forward with them! STOP waiting on someone else to stir your spiritual llife to life! Get up, get up and move forward now with the authority and gifts and callings that GOD and not man has given you and progressively move towards the high calling! STOP being lazy! MOVE IT!!!

LOVE....
The greatest gift we have is LOVE...we should not be stingy with our love, but shower everyone we come into contact with, with the love that we have on the inside of us. Love is a powerful emotion that should not be locked away and discarded. Love should be freely spread to those we come in contact with. Love is and always should flow freely in our lives. God's word has a whole chapter dedicated to the subject of LOVE. On this day that we celebrate LOVE take a few moments to meditate on what real and true love is. Not what the world says love is but what God has said love is...
1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 " Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails."
How powerful is love! Love is a grand and wonderful thing and is made even more so when shared and given out freely. Let LOVE pour out from you even when you do not feel like loving. Remember that LOVE is not just a feeling. It is a living element of who GOD created us to be. Share the LOVE!

Forgiveness......
Colossians 3:13 " Be gentle and forebearing
with one another and, if one has a difference a grievance, or complaint
against another, readily pardoning each other; even as the Lord has
freely, forgiven you, so you must also forgive." Amplified Bible
Forgiveness involves a three fold promise.....
1) I will forgive those who have wronged me and not keep it alive in my mind, will or emotions.
2) I will not bring up the subject again to the one I forgave or to anyone else. I will leave it at the alter where I lay it without holding a grudge.
3) I will on purpose walk in forgiveness so that when I need forgiveness it will be given to me.
Do you need forgiveness or need to extend forgiveness to someone else? Today is a great day to extend forgiveness for we know not what the future holds. Why be waited down with unforgiveness when you can walk in the freedom that forgiveness provides for you. Remember that unforgiveness only hurts you as the other person has most likely moved on and does not have a clue that you are hurting or allowing a slight to fester.
